Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground Pork Sausage
4 cups Grated Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 cups Bisquick (or comparable Baking Mix)
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl with your fingers until the dough is of a uniform consistency. Roll into one inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 375°F and place the cookie sheet in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until balls are golden brown. To prevent sticking, move the balls around with a spatula after 10 mintues of baking.

Makes about 45 large balls.
